Max Kolker

Max Kolker grew up in a very food-centered family and learned from young age how food was able to bring so many people together.  His culinary career has taken him from opening spots in Chicago, serving as line cook at Disney World, to the mountains in Colorado. It was in Aspen that he cut his teeth alongside a Michelin-starred chef and he returned to Chicago to North Pond and eventually found a new home, leading and executing PERILLA Fare's kitchen.

When Max isn't in the kitchen, he's spending time in his secret fishing spots.
