Esther is the storyteller behind PERILLA’s brand—shaping how our vision comes to life beyond the plate. A seasoned marketing strategist with roots in both Fortune 500s and fast-growing food startups, she brings a sharp eye for audience engagement and a deep love for hospitality.

Before joining PERILLA, Esther led marketing for QSRs, built digital campaigns for national brands, and helped emerging concepts find their voice. But her path to PERILLA is personal, too—she spent years as a professional baker and once ran her own Korean pop-up restaurant out of her home. It was through that experience that she discovered just how powerful Korean food can be in creating connection, building community, and sparking curiosity.

Today, Esther brings that same passion to PERILLA—where she’s focused on sharing the richness of Korean cuisine through thoughtful storytelling, strategic partnerships, and of course, the food, which makes dining with us unforgettable.
